Disgraceful service... another Australian online store that can't get it right. You would think that an online store would want to compete with local suppliers...but not this one. 5 to 6 business days as standard, to send a part a few hours down the road is totally unacceptable. Despite suggesting this several times, they can't seem to acknowledge it. There is no indication when ordering as to what type of postage is used although the price charged reflects express postage. There is also no indication of who or what type of freight is used under their freight & delivery tab. The only mention of express delivery is on the home page if you go via it and read the whole page or on an email that is sent once you have ordered the part. NEVER again...quicker to order direct from China or the States and is often free delivery.
