Aleksic's Cleaning Service in Marrara, Darwin

Used this service for a spring clean. My advise would be don't bother.
1/2 the list of required work was not complete. Floors not washed, kitchen benches not wiped down, ceiling fans still dirty, toilet bowel still dirty, bathroom benches not cleaned down. We have photo's to prove it.
There was a stain on the tiles in front of the couch and its still there. She was told that if they needed more time that we were happy to pay for more time, so there is no excuse for the job not to be done properly.
When told that the work wasn't done properly, she refused to refund part of the money. I'm considering taking her to small claims.
Oh yeah, something happened to one of my cats. She's now terrified of the vaccum cleaner and both the cats were locked in our bedroom with no water or litter. VERY disappointed and couldn't recommend.
