AmaZing SecluZion in Milton

This was the worst accommodation experience of my entire life. This host insisted we pay the bond through a direct transfer and now I know why. And there is nothing we can do, because we didn't put our bond through Airbnb. He has blamed us for breaking a cabinet we have never seen before without any proof and charged us for more people which was deducted from our bond even though we didn't have any more people. We booked the entire home/apt and the house was not entire. There was a billiard room that was locked. We could look at it though through glass windows. There were bedrooms that were locked. He told us we broke a glass which we didn't and used an extra towel that he didn't want us to. There is no proof we broke anything on his property. Absolutely gutted that this was such a hideous weekend. We tidied his place for him and made the beds as best we could as we were truly frightened of him. On the trip home, we received constant illegible messages from him. Be very wary of this man. Do not stay at this house. Do not give him any of your money. We have lodged a formal complaint with Dept of Fair Trading.
