Audi Centre Gold Coast in Southport, Gold Coast

The most appalling service I have ever received!! Never in my life have I been spoken to or treated like I was today at Southport Audi...
I was called a liar, blamed for faulty paint work, accused of leaving my car outside in the weather as that was the reason for dull paint and rust spots on my car! One would think if you spend over $50k on a car plus $1200 for paint protection you should be able to take it out of your garage!
According to the note they left in my car this is not the case at all!!!

This is the fourth time my car has been returned to Audi due to paint problems and faulty paint protection! I received nothing but attitude and ganged up on by both staff members lying to me about phone calls and conversations we have exchanged but when confronted about them I was called a liar and said that they had never admitted fault nor spoke to me on the phone!

To my discuss the male staff member turned his back on me and walked away leaving me with nothing more than an excuse and a very sour taste in my mouth!
