Like an ever-growing number of people recently, my health was affected by an autoimmune disease. This changed everything, and to be honest it’s changed for the better in so many ways. It was an extremely difficult time but through this, I started to research and become acutely aware of my surrounds, what I was putting on my body and ultimately in my body. It’s all connected. It’s at this point that I made a conscious effort to make some drastic changes, starting with my skincare.
