Baskin Robbins 31 Ice Cream & Yogurt in Port Macquarie

Baskin Robbins Birthday ice-cream cakes melt. On two occasions I have purchased a birthday cake for my sons 1st birthday & 3rd birthday... both have melted!
They claim they are ok to put in your freezer. They come out a melted mess. These cakes are not cheap. Waste of money, but the biggest disappointment is not getting that happy birthday shot of my son with his cake :-(
To add further to the incident, the manager/owner wasn't available so I gave details & showed photos of the melted cake & asked to be contacted. I was still waiting a week later. Again I tried, shocked by the customer service I received. When I wasn't having any successful outcome discussing the issue with the manager/owner, I asked for the head office contact details... they refused to supply them.
