Avoid buying a car from this dealer. When I bought my car, I was told that the air con was working and it only needed a regas. The contract I signed stated that this was the problem, as I had taken them for their word. They did regas the air con twice but it still didn’t work. It turns out that the problem was bigger than this and it needed a new compressor. When I confronted the dealer about this, it seemed they were aware of this problem and claimed they were going to fix it. I gave it back to them for a third time and after 11 days of them having my car, not answering or returning phone calls, failing to communicate a time when I could get the car back, it was time we insisted we get the car back. After a lot of aggressive and quite threatening behaviour by the owner towards us, they agreed to take us to the car. When we got the car back, no work had been done, even though they had claimed a new compressor had been fitted. Additionally, the car had now had a snapped radiator hose, that was not present previously. If you do decide to buy a car from this dealer, make sure you get the car professionally checked and if there are any problems with the car make sure in writing these are clearly indicated that they need to fix them.
