Better Tiling Solutions in Noraville, Wyong

Better Tiling Solutions started removing the tiles from my bathroom where the plumbers had removed the vanity and toilet but left the bath according to my request to keep down costs. During the process of removing the tiles, Better Tiling Solutions damaged the bath. I had to buy a new bath and have the old one removed by plumbers and the new one installed. When Better Tiling Solutions returned the next day to continue their work, I asked if he would help with the cost of the bath and the installation due to the fact that he damaged the bath, he shouted at me, refused and said I was making him feel guilty and he stated that he is leaving, not willing to work in these conditions and said he doesn't want the job anymore, even though I repeatedly asked him to stay and that I would cover the costs of the new bath. I knew it would be difficult to organise another tiler at short notice. He drove away and told me he doesn't care less and to take him to court. I am now left in the lurch to find another tiler with a shell of a bathroom. Shameful, inconsiderate and completely unprofessional.
