Billabong Framing Gallery in Erina, Gosford

I lost an artwork at this business about a year ago when they had a fire at their premises.
I have not been reimbursed for this artwork and was recently informed by their insurer, GIO, that they are denying liability. The owner is not interested in my concerns and is happy to ignore my requests for compensation.
Very poor customer service - beware, I would recommend you give this place a big miss.
