I am appalled at the way we were treated by Lloyd this time around. We had used them previously and they were fantastic however this time they were a nightmare. From only available between 10 and 12 to being rude, swearing and cancelling our appointment the week of after we had taken the day off to be there because he wanted a long weekend. I am so shocked at the service!
