The long flowing strokes from head to toe enable your brain to relax, which allows your muscles to relax, which allows for deeper healing. This is no mamby pamby massage though. I use hands, forearms and elbows to gently ease the tension out of your body. The pressure ranges from nurturing to deep, depending on the body part and your comfort level.
