Not the best experience, the staff stand while doing your nails, don't get comfortable is what this saying to me.
I heard two complaints while having my nails done, about lifting. I requested a particular nail technician for my booking only to find at the time of my appointment I was booked in with someone else. Not to judge by my first experience I rebooked, only to receive a phone call to change my time and technician. That was too much for me as the workmanship was also lacking.
Considering the price is at the very highest end, there is no value for money, very disappoining.
