We enlisted the services of Budget Fencing back in Dec 2014 to provide a new gate for our property in Safety Beach.
The product started to show unacceptable levels of wear and rust after only 6 months of installation. We made contact with Tanya at Budget Fencing back in August 2015 in order to rectify the issues. Tanya said many times she would come back to us on the problem but we never received a call back or contact to state any updates.
The owners then closed the business to go on a 6+ week holiday with no message to state they were away and seemed shocked that customers would be annoyed by this.
5 months later we are now having to go to Consumer Affairs as the owners of Budget Fencing do not understand what customer service is and that when paying for a product you expect it to be of the quality that is promised. This could have been rectified very early back in August but now needs to be done by official channels.
Tanya at Budget Fencing has every excuse in the book and I would whole heartedly encourage anyone considering their services to avoid them at all costs. An average product was delivered and the worst customer service I have experienced in some time.
