Burratronics was initially formed in 1997 after the demand for repairs and upgrades to farm machinery and graders grew large. Burratronics started producing new electronic controllers for graders, which were run by software (BurraGrader) available on standard desktop computers. This proved to be more efficient and accurate then the older weight methods.
BurraLabel was also produced with the input of local farmers, ensuring it met even the toughest of requirements. Over the years BurraLabel has greatly improved with new features and improvements constantly being added.
In 2013 Burratronics found its current owner, Deon. Deon is very experienced in the farming and agricultural side, while having a passion for electronics.
Since the purchase of Burratronics, Deon has expanded the business with many new things to offer, which are all available for show and purchase at the BURRATRONICS store in the Main Street of Mareeba. The Burratronics range is constantly growing, and if we don’t have it, we will get it for you!
