I purchased a car not knowing that I would have so much problems with it, like squeaking tyres, no proper gear stick, heat gauge playing up almost every day, cd player stuffed. My biggest problem is I can't trade it in anywhere and every time I take the car back it's like a big joke. I can't drive anywhere far when the heat gauge plays up and I have to keep checking the water. I am so upset that after the many times I have been back that I have not been offered another safer car especially that I carry my 4 month old baby, my 3 yr old and my teenagers. Seriously would you let anyone in your family, especially your daughter, drive a car like that, carrying your grandchildren in it or would you rather them travel in car that is safe and reliable. Your customers are supposed to be safe and not worrying about their children and if their car is gonna get them to their destination.
