BWS in Wilsonton Heights, Toowoomba

When purchasing my drinks I asked the old lady with gray hair behind the counter if she could brake a 20$ note into two 10$ notes. She replied "No this is a bottle shop not a bank" in the most rude tone and way possible. Causing me to go next door to brake the note and they did it with out me buying anything.
The level of customer service is low at BWS on Hogg st, Wilsonton Heights. 30.4.2015 at 4.30pm.
