Wow, I have never experienced such a rude and horrible shop owner in my life!

All I wanted to do is return a stapler that I bought 2 days ago with my receipt (that has never been used) and she huffed and puffed about the packaging being opened. When I said I didn't realise it would be such an issue she said 'well have you ever owned a shop?' To which I replied 'I used to work at kmart and we would take returns with damaged packaging' and she said 'well go back to kmart!'

Please don't go here, she was awful!
