Carbil replaced my dvd burner and I noticed it was very scratched and worn looking so took it back and was told they accidentally put in someone elses old one!!
I think that sufficiently explains the standard of this business!!

Empty shelves. Hardly anything in stock. Sadly, very overpriced too.
Salesman had little knowledge of specs I needed.
Didn't seem really interested in ordering in what I wanted.
I think they need to learn a bit more before opening their doors :(
