Do not use CHERUBS FLOWERS for any occasion!
10 months in advance and only 2 weeks after paying the deposit, I cancelled my booking for my wedding and asked for a refund to which I was told "too late, I've paid it to the grower who has planted the seeds to grow your roses".
I fought for the next ten months and a few weeks ago received email confirmation that I would get a refund 3 days after my wedding date. This has not happened. I am now being told that she has taken delivery of my flowers and placed them in her retail stores and I will receive some money if and when my flowers sell. Please take care, this woman is the sweetest person you'll ever speak to but is highly unreliable.
