These people did concrete for me in 1992 and they took short cuts for example they didn't lift the steel mesh up to be in the centre of the concrete they just left it in the bottom they blocked the weep holes with concrete and graded the concrete, so the rain water flows in the sewer pipe which I found out later was illegal. They refused to fix it and said the person who did it is no longer with them. The whole job had to be ripped up and relayed costing me $4000.
