Very unhappy.
Had my grandmothers ring resized and plated in white gold. I got it home and wore it once and two of the diamonds fell out. I went back and they would not take responsibility for any of it. This ring was years old and nothing had fallen out until they worked on it.
Plus the man was very rude.
