Dan Murphy's in Mandurah

Wed 4 of feb 2015... Mandurah store.
Woman came to counter to return 150 buks she drew out there n didn't show up on her docket with her purchase.
Guy served her very sorry not realising what he had done. Thinking he had ripped her off maybe. Bloke in queue very rude cos je had to wait for the cashiers to sort out an honest mistake... Why people have no patiance ???
Staff did great job... we thankyou.... locals xx
