I was just in there with my son to get a bolt and washer to put on our blade to the whipper sniper the guy charge me $40. When I worked out the price of the parts he had told me there was a difference so I went back in and asked why the difference. He said: I had to charge you for labor. All he did was screwed the bolt onto the blade on the end of the whipper sniper I could of done that my self. I called to tell my husband and he said when he was in there a few weeks ago picking up our 2 whipper snipers that were in for repair, he said the guy told him it would only be $20 to get the bolt for the blade, so i get the same thing and charge double :( Being new to the area let me say where I used to live the local mower repair place would never charge to screw a nut on or charge me double because i am female, you have lost my business and hopefully a lot of others as I am taking this further as its discrimination and disregardful.
