Decoding Dyslexia | Jillian Zocher in Erina, Gosford

We had the assessment/diagnosis elsewhere and were recommended to get weekly lessons from Jillian Zocher from Decoding Dyslexia in Erina. At first she was fine, if not a little unorganised and scattered but I can work with that usually but she has not bothered to even be there the last four booked appointments (the first two she had the courtesy to arrange someone else but she treated my son like a baby and he really didn't enjoy it, and the last two appointments she just hasn't been there, no phone call, no apology so I'm over it and going elsewhere). It is over an hours round trip for me to take my child to these appointments! Jillian needs to be much more professional and organised, especially considering the cost of her sessions.
