I am a Carpenter and accredited installation contractor who primarily installs for flooring retailers. manufacturers ,distributors and several quality builders throughout Sydney .
I offer supply and install or just the installation if you already have the boards.
I lay flooring as a profession. I am not a salesman that will give you some sales pitch and tell you what you want to hear. I am more than happy to advise you or provide my profesional opinion but i do not receive a commission for it or push the products im told to sell. I will only give you an honest educated response because the floor your buying is a reflection of my workmanship and reputation.
I am the person you deal with from start to finish And i am also the person who lays your floor with my focus being on the best possible outcome in terms of quality, craftsmanship, and your floors lifespan.
You won't be dealing with a handyman who has basic knowledge of floors or a carpenter who builds a gazebo one day and a fence the next.
I have more then 20 years experience solely instaling timber flooring and all its related service, working with the products first hand. Giving me a broad range of knowledge about the industry and the skill set to deal with anything onsite no matter how demanding or unique the job.
Experienced in all types of timber flooring systems in Traditional solid T&G , overlay flooring, engineered boards ,direct stick,parquetry, floating, laminate flooring, lvt and bamboo installations over all types of subfloors like direct to concrete with vapour barriers, ply install or battern, over chipboard, over joist, sprung,heated slabs, above dwelling required acoustic systems and in some cases certain floors can be floated over existing tiles
Cheap contractor based rates from having low overheads and no shop so there is no middle man putting on a cut.
In depth experience with custom inlays, borders, feature work ,one off and rare milled timber, distressed/antique wide board and the latest engineered european oaks on the market.
All work is carried out to Australian Standards and is installed as though it were my own home.
