Hi,
I just want to say, please stay away from the people who own the branch of Elders Real Estate Ipswich located in Bellbowrie Brisbane.
Terrible service practices, these people have no idea how to run professional business.
I was forced to take the case to the magistrate and my application was heard before the QLd Civil and Administrative Tribunal in Brisbane. Elders Real Estate Ipswich own me $1142 but even I have a decision now they think I will go away.
If you are a home owner, I would recommend you find yourself someone else to represent you and if you are a tenant with Elders Real Estate Ipswich please make sure you watch yourself and collect all the document and claim your bond before they do.
