Extremely bad service.
I was given incorrect colour, my hair and my roots turned bright orange, it was quickly washed out 15min later. I was very polite and stated this is the wrong colour. Only to be told that the colour was correct but it had been rinsed out to early and it needed more time take to my hair, apparently the girl who washed the colour out had mistaken me for another client. Yeah right!!
My hair (only the roots) was coloured again with the correct colour a deep auburn (no bright orange).
I was lied to and charge full price $195 for this service, when I asked for a discount because I didn't receive the service and product I had wanted she (the hairdresser) rudely and reluctantly gave me a whooping 20% off - 3 horrible hours in a hair salon for a $169.
If you want to be lied to and get totally ripped off go to Elenbi Sunshine Plaza... I will never go there again! Poor poor service all round. Poor management and customer service!!
