Epiphany Jewellers in Eastgardens

WORST JEWELLERY STORE!!! My partner brought my engagement ring from epiphany at eastgardens and then we got our bands from there so had spent quite of money alot in there. I lost my engagement ring so went in there 4 months ago to get it remade. The lady in the store said no worries send me the pic and they will do it for same price again. 4 weeks later i went in and she had no idea who I was or what I needed, so we went through it again and said 3 weeks. 4 weeks later she said she couldn't find my ring and will try remake it (which I said isn't that what you were supposed to be doing anyway?) So we got to 2 weeks ago I was so stressed as my wedding is this weekend and I took my wedding band in and said for same price make whatever you can to fit my band. She said ok I'll have it ready 17th feb 3 days before my wedding. I get a call on the 16th asking if I was still wanting the ring (well duh I had been waiting 4 months) and said they still couldn't find same ring and can make a better one by sat 20th (my wedding day) but will be $1500 more. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and no regards at all for me or my wedding. They're unprofessional and didn't even apologize. I would strongly warn everyone from shopping there.
