My name is Angelina Boccardo and I am a Wellness Coach at Essential Wellness Studio. I have extensive experience in a number of wellness areas and am passionate about helping people become healthier, happier versions of themselves. In 1994, I became qualified in remedial massage and worked as a masseuse for a number of years. At this time, I began studying naturopathy, but my life soon took a different turn. In 2001, I opened a store with my husband in the liquor industry. This was a major turning point in my life. Within a year, I felt that I needed to do something for myself and so took up cardio and weight training. The early years of the business were very challenging financially and personally.
