Yes stay away from Bill and Chris they ruined my mother in laws 50th wedding anniversary. They have stupid excuses like their workshop burnt down or the jeweller nearly died in a car accident. They are happy to take thousands of dollars upfront, which they will use to pay the person they owe money to and have no money to pay the jeweller to finish your job.
