Receiving news of a sudden and tragic loss is not an experience that you wish to ever happen and finding the energy that is required to plan a funeral and make clear decisions is traumatic. With emotions running high and the urgent need for answers we were fortunate that Mark Chellew from Farrell and O’Neill made this process easier. His genuine care and direction was appreciated and his tears on the day reflected the true spirit of everyone’s feelings.
