Fullcare Shoe Repairs in Miranda

I got a car key battery replaced here, i thought the service was great. It wasn't until I'd left that i realised he'd actually snapped the clip in my key and broken it so that it falls apart all the time. I returned to the shop at a later date after purchasing a new fob and thought I'd ask if he could cut the key and we could try and fix it. Before i could even get all my question out he started getting defensive and abusive and telling me not his problem. Wouldn't actually listen to my request as I wasn't even complaining about it being broken (I know how easily these things happen and they are unfortunate). I will never go here for any services again or recommend him to anyone. There are other stores in the vicinity that offer the same services with better customer service and knowledge.
