Absolutely shocking service! Disgraceful!

Brand new vaccume took it back after 2months due to problems. Only to be told that the filter is not covered by warranty. Went on to be accused of over using the vaccume. Was refused help and humiliated by the worker.
When asked to speak to a manager had a business card shoved in my face to be told I was soaking to the owner followed by a sarcastic laugh and he said "make a complaint" then laughed at again.

Was absolutely horrified by the treatment I received!!!
Will never ever be a customer of Godgreys again. And I will make sure to tell everyone about my treatment and poor quality!!!!
