Henselite (Australia) Pty Ltd in Fairfield

Extremly poor service, Henselite have had my bowls in stock (at the time of order) & 9 days later still not show.
What's more the business I purchased them from just said "oh yeah, just thinking of them today, I'll give them a ring tomorrow" (why not now?) "it's hard to get through to them they often take their phones off the line" (what!!).
As soon as my conversation was over, I rang & surprise surprise they picked up the phone. Extremly bad service from both.
Never again will I buy from my bowls outlet or Henselite.
