Hills Strata in Castle Hill

Pretty useless strata company. Would not trust them to manage a child's cubby house. We have finally moved away from them. Lack of accountability in terms of setting up meetings, no minutes ever taken, don't listen to instructions from the owner's committee. We needed to use an independent accountant to review the accounts. Only employs 1 strata manager, so when they are on leave there is no one to manager your complex. Glad we changed.
