House Of Smiles in Joondalup

I have never experienced such bad organisation, phone eticate and unprofessional service in my life. After numerous times of bad experiences I have come to the conclusion that house of smiles will not be getting my business in the future. Being called to confirm an appointment and me showing up for the appointment to be told (after 40 minutes of waiting) that my appointment is cancelled... I come all the way from Nollamara. It's just not acceptable. Another occasion I was told I would be contacted in 2 weeks with a retainer ready. I have called up after 4 weeks to follow up as clearly staff do not call clients, only to find that staff are telling me they will call me back and I am yet again calling to follow up why my phone all hasn't been returned. It's now been 2 months and I am waiting on my retainer. I paid over $2500 for invisalign and I'm so angry at the service I have received in return. All I am left with is out of pocket expenses and squint lower teeth because the dentist cannot contact me in adequate time. I would NOT reccomend this place.
