Hyatt's Salon in Mascot

Was checking out if there is a negative rating to give for this Salon but I had to give it a minimum star in order to submit a review.
The Salon looks great but don't be fooled by the looks.
I had my Brazilian Keratin Treatment at this place which I expected to last for at least a month but didn't last even a week.
When I went back to tell them that I was disappointed that $200 worth treatment didn't last even a week, I was told it was because I didn't get the Shampoo and Conditioner from them.
I was not even complaining, all I wanted to tell them was I was disappointed and I wanted another treatment with DISCOUNTED price.
The owner aims only for $$$ and not about anything else.
This place started recently and I don't believe will attract long term customers.
