Unreliable. Never turned up on time so this meant that they were only working on the roof for a couple hours at a time and what was meant to be a one week job turned into 3 weeks. Also untrustworthy in the way that we noticed that they hadn't done a few things that were included in our quote so we had to pull them up on this and get them to do it. Work was not up to great standards either so we had to discuss this multiple times with them as well.
