The stairs are nice I can't complain.
Well actually I can there's the bruising to the wood and the two massive drill holes by the installer, and then there's the damage to paint work of my house as the single installer moved a 6m long trestle using the railing as support.
The service was poor beyond words, communication poor, rude, unapologetic and far, far from professional. The guy that comes out doesn't talk to the guys that build stairs or the installer. The order was not followed and many, many mistakes were made, all fixed but we had to phone them, with no apology uttered, at all, ever.
They promised a 2 day install, it was 4, they didn't mention that the railings are done a week or so later. They didn't start on the day they said despite us calling at 3pm the day before and getting the reassurance that they would start. The phone call in the morning was rude and short; "their not coming today" "not much you can do about it".
It cost me money as the other trades I had all got pushed back. DO NOT GET STAIRS HERE. Unless you want poor, poor, poor service and stress.
