This company is very difficult to deal with.
The good: The websites are nice that they build for you.
The Bad: The service is constantly dropping offline. Emails often stop and so does the website. Their cPanel also is a retched thing that is not standardised and is also constantly spitting back error codes at you as it crashes and goes down. While this is annoying, the site often stays up and running even if you have no access to the cPanel.

Advice: They can build a website (if you are prepared to wait with haphazard communication), however do not host with them. Do not!
