These had my phone for 4 days and said they couldn’t open to replace the charger port because of threaded screws yet my phone has never been opened before for any repairs so can only assume they threaded them trying to open wasted 4 days thinking my phone was in a lab being fixed to find it still in the pop up shop unfixed, try someone else for the fix, time wasters.
