I had my key copied by Jackies and didn't work. I took the key back and they said it's not their problem, therefore I need to pay again. She was cringing and raising her voice as I was asking. It was very unpleasant.
I took my original key to another Locksmith in Westfield and it works like a charm :)
I am never going to Jackies's Locksmith again.
