Jetts Southlands Willetton in Willetton

My experience with the Willeton Jetts gym manager, has been extremely rude and unprofessional since the very start of my membership.
The ambience of the gym is great but to have to deal with a rude and unprofessional manager is unacceptable. I cannot understand how the gym can tolerate this as it is a very poor image.
Some examples as follows:
•A few weeks ago she told me off for putting a weight plate back in the 'wrong spot' in an extremely rude manner, as if I was a child. She then gave a weak apology to me saying that a lot of people put the weight plates in the 'wrong place.'
•She talks in an intimidating fashion, very loud and aggressive in public. The latest instance was telling me to not put the weights down so fast/hard. I said I'd try my best, where she then responds to tell me ''no, you won't 'try' you WILL do it."
Very poor image for the gym unfortunately ...will have to look elsewhere.
