Joe agreed to come around for a quote then didn't show.
Didn't answer his phone, has no landline, voicemail or website.
Finally contacted me hours later after not answering on multiple occasions leading up to that, blaming me for not sending through the address - not true.
I advised I had sent - no apology.
Obviously has too much work to need anymore and seems dodgy plus.
