Katoomba Telephone Cabling Service in Katoomba

We contacted this company to get a quote on installing a phone line to a granny flat. Two men arrived, one in uniform and one not. The one who wasn't proceeded to tell me a completely different procedure to 4 other cabling companies and the NBN. When I repeated that this was only for a quote, I was sworn at repeatedly, with the man telling me that I'm wasting their time with quotes and they came prepared to do a job- which isn't actually what we required in the first place. I was told that they wouldn't have bothered coming in that case because they have some jobs lined up that will pay them money. I would never recommend them. They are extremely unprofessional and rude.
