Lee Massage & Acupuncture in Wollongong

My Dad had a terrible experience in this massage centre:
He was given the worst massage ever on his shoulders and neck, in a chair in front of the seats where people were waiting and in front of everybody, including people approaching the reception area. How embarrassing!

When he complained they just said to fill in a form... after that he heard nothing for weeks, so he started ringing trying to get hold of the manager who was never available, finally he had a return phone call... they said "Next time you visit we will give you a better massage in the back rooms with some privacy!!".
As if he would ever go back!!
