Magic Stitches in Bittern

My friend came here to get her wedding dress altered, she only needed the sides and length done. Was initially told it would take a week to do the rough alterations and then would be completed in 2 weeks. Instead it took 3 weeks for the first fitting and still wasn't completed after 4 weeks.
Really bad customer service and in the end only the sides got done so it will need to be taken to somewhere else to be finished. No reasonable excuses were given and no discount given either.
Save yourself some heartache and go somewhere that will actually finish your job. She has lost herself further work, including the 3 bridesmaids dresses and another 2 brides.
