Don't do it to yourself it's not worth the stress. I do not recommend using this builder by any means. Not even to build you a dog kennel. He will gain and win your trust, promise you anything and everything just to finally get you to sign... Then the delays and constant lies and excuses start...I have never meet anyone who lies so much. He will become arrogant rude and hard to deal with especially if confronted with faults and mistakes of there doing. Be careful with any changes he charges extras on top of extras, keep a close eye on this. He also tries to make up any extra money along the way, sometimes pretending he didn't quote enough. I'm not the only one this has happened to so do your research, and don't just take the cheapest quote, there are good builders out there.
