I created my own company called mental health movement. It is dedicated to educating and developing a more resilient individual through the power of story. It raises awareness and educates individuals in and around mental health. We provide workshops, presentations, guest speaking, online membership providing positive coping strategies, mental health assessments and accountability tools to better manage your mental health. We promote help seeking behaviours and improve mental health literacy. Giving individuals the confidence to start the conversation and seek help. We also provide clinical support through our app cyber clinic.
