An unwillingness to disclose this information after requesting it 3 times is highly suspicious. When compared to other company quotes, it is apparent that Metro Facility Services has overcharged me for the work they provided. If you do hire this company, please make sure you are available when they attend your job, inspect the work they do prior to payment, and ask for an itemised invoice, each task completed should be priced, this is known as transparency.
